We collect: your name, email address, and profile image from your OAuth provider (Google or GitHub); your learning progress and course completions; subscription and payment information processed by Stripe; usage data including pages visited and features used; device and browser information for analytics.
We use your information to: provide and personalise the learning experience; track your course progress; process payments and manage subscriptions; send important account and service notifications; improve our platform through analytics; send optional educational newsletters (you can opt out at any time).
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (hosting), and GitHub/Google (authentication). All third-party providers are GDPR-compliant.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics to understand how our platform is used. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely. Payment records are retained as required by UK tax law.

Your data may be processed in the EU and US through our hosting providers. All transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
